Adoption Policy 

$75 adoption fee which includes the spay/neuter and 1-year rabies vaccine. Payment is due prior to adoption via Venmo or day of adoption via cash. 

All adopters must be 18 years of age or older.

All cats will be spayed/neutered and receive rabies vaccine prior to their adoption release.

All adopters must agree to surrender the kitten back to MVARS at any point during its lifetime if they can no longer provide a safe, lovely, and stable home.

Adopters must bring a safe and secure carrying case for the adoption location. If not the adoption may be rescheduled or cancelled.

MVARS reserves the right to deny any adoption for any reason at any time.

At this time, due to our limitations, adoptions will be done locally to the rescue and scheduled on a case-by-case basis following communication with the adopter but at the discretion of MVARS.
